they took my blood

today's halloween...so that makes me happy. but i'm sad cause i forgot to wear my skull t-shirt.
aside from that - i went to the doctor today and they took my blood. i think i want it back.

and who better to say "happy halloween" than Captain Spaulding :)

sometimes my head falls off

this normally happens for one of two reason:

1) i watch so much law and order that my mind can't take it anymore. especially once i remember that Fred Thompson is actually running for president.

2) when i try to cram too much into a day. for example: today will be filled with 8 hours of work, coffee with katy, cleaning the bathroom, making lunches for tomorrow (it actually takes 15 minutes some days), possibly digging the sweaters out of the closet, and probably another 15 things i just can't remember right now.

and the moments that everyone needs in life: my feelings on the past three movies i've seen in theaters.
1) Gone, Baby Gone: awesome because a certain type of person that i feel doesn't deserve the same air as me actually gets shot in the head
2) 30 Days of Night: good for a vampire movie, bad on if it was meant to be scary
3) A Nightmare Before Christmas - 3D - i don't agree with chris that this was tim burton screwing me again, cause it wasn't. it was pure cinema magic. i got to sing that halloween song, while wearing big, ugly glasses that made pumpkins appear to jump at my face. if that's not what awesome is, then i don't know what is.

Work makes me not blog

Not like they tell me I can't. They just give me enough work that if I'm not working, I don't necessarily want to see my computer. Luckily, the week that I haven't written for really isn't filled with any crazy entertainment. My grandparents moved to Minnesota, and for sad, my grandma has alzheimers. But she's happy, so I don't mind her trailing off every sentence and occasionally not knowing where she is.
Aside from that. I (by that I mean me and chris) saw possibly the best movie to come out in 2007 )except for Ben's amazing short video that it. Across the Universe. It's a musical with awesome, beautiful images all with Beatles songs. Even if you're not a Beatles fan (which I then think makes you not human) I suggest this movie strongly. And I won't give anything away, except that when they're on the acid trip on the bus, it might make your head explode. (dear AMC theaters, I'm sorry about my brain leakage on the floor.)

I hate dentist days

It's 9 a.m. and in two hours i will be laying back in a dentist chair. the room will most likely be white, or mint pukey green. there will be a man wearing a white surgical mask. i will try to be bubbly and friendly thinking conversation will ease my nerves, but he'll be more interested scraping shit off my teeth. then he'll tell me i need to rinse more regulary and properly floss. oh, i almost forgot the best part. i will have to get a shit ton of xrays taken of my mouth. this will be almost as bad as the sound the spit suction thingy makes because i have a strange fear of swallowing the little white plastic thing they take of your mouth. also, i'm afraid of radiation poisoning, or whatever that stuff is which is the reason i stay in the room when the xrays are taken and the dentist goes out in the hall. by noon it will all be done. i'll be starving from missing lunch time and need to drive to rogers to interview the chief of police. i will talk funny, but have great breath.
